I am going to be hunting at the hendersons hunting camp sept 5-9. Any advice as to broadheads or any other advice will be gratly aprreciated. Really looking forward to the hunt and seeing the beautiful scenery

A well placed sharp 100 grain broadhead will do. mechanical or fixed i've used both and had success. I like a slight quartering away shot best and aiming for the offside leg keeping you far enough away from the shoulder. On a hard quartering away I watched my mechanical deflect off the ribs and no recovery. Had I shot behind the rib cage I would've had a dead bear. Best of luck New Brunswick is beautiful.

I'm looking forward to it, outfitter said 125gr fixed head. I was looking at possibly getting the dirt broad heads. Going to do some. More research. Thanks for your advice

Killed two bear 200lbs and 400lbs in Canada, 25-30 yards using Rage two blade. Both shots were complete pass through and the larger bear went about 75 yards, the smaller expired within 30 yards.
