JPDTrapper, I think he was 3.5 but M.P. Would know better. I took a lot of photos and videos of him the last 2 years but never noticed him prior to that. He hung tight with the buck I killed. So, it was cool that M.P. and I got our bucks before losing our lease. M.P., bring his jawbone with you this weekend, please.

Thanks limb hanger and yes it's my biggest buck. It's funny that I have been hunting deer so long and never killed a P and Y but the 1st time I go after pronghorn I get a big one.
One thing I have learned is just like hunting bears you have to hunt where they are to be successful. I hunted most of my life in counties where there are lots of deer but few mature bucks. It's only when I started hunting in the 4 counties that I started seeing mature bucks. If I continue to hunt there I know it's just a matter of time until it is get that deer I have been waiting for.
