Your supposed to cut the tops off them peppers, take out the seeds, etc. fill 'em with sauerkraut, and then can 'em.
But yours would do in a pinch. :^)

Done that but that takes all the heat out of them.. Just throw a whole one on the grill sometime Davey boy. Put some olive oil and seasonings on it. Char it a bit and take a bite. I double dog dare ya:)
