Some sort of small rodent. Actually reminds me (not kidding) of a really small Beaver jaw bone, I hesitate to say that as it may precipitate a lot of, color, shall we say ;)

Thats exactly what it is, a young beaver jawbone.

Here's what threw me. The bottom back of the jaw is busted off....just saw it. It would be a squirrel otherwise.
But with the small knob on the back of the bone protrusion, it is a Muskrat. If you had the rest of the teeth in it, it would be easier to discern.
Where did you find it in the woods? Swampy area?

Swampy area next to a pump house that a family of fox live under.
