Pronghorn Opportunities

I haven't hunted antelope for several years but would like to do so again. I'm looking into setting up a hunt in an "over the counter" state for a friend and myself. I'm not looking for a Booner, but would like to find some private ground with a huntable population. I'd like to request information about Nebraska herds, some suggestions about area(s) to hunt, and ideally the name of a landowner or two who would be willing to let us hunt for a reasonable trespass fee.
