The following is the only UP parcel. Sounds like a nice 8 acres for a minimum of $19K but the following info makes you wonder if anyone but neighbors would want it. There are several parcels in the northern lower peninsula.

Comments: Frontage on the east bank of the Escanaba River.

Location: This parcel is located about 8 miles west of Rock, MI on the eastern bank of the Escanaba River. More specifically, the property is located south of Choo Choo B-75, which has access to W Maple Ridge 37 Road. The property appears to be surrounded by private ownership and does not have legal access to Choo Choo B-75. Nearby Sites: Escanaba River and thousands of acres of State Forest.

(It is NE of Iron Mountain.)

Frontage and Access: Water Frontage, No apparent road frontage

Cover: Forested

Reservations: A property right in aboriginal antiquities including mounds, earthworks, forts, burial and village sites, mines, or other relics and also reserving the right to explore and excavate for the same as provided under Article III, part 761 of PA 451 of 1994 as amended
