I was humpin' the boonies yesterday setting up my new ladder stand when I took a blow and put the ladder stand down. I was scouting a new spot for Oct. I went to take a step foward to Look at some ground sign, and was SHOCKED to see this big snapper about 2 feet away! Luckily he was a little sluggish. It was about 15 feet from the pond. It made me wonder...This snapper who had a 16" carpace (shell) and is probably 30 or 40 yes old is surviving on SOMETHING! gonna bring the fishing pole next time. Mad Dog
