Would that be west for you if you're from Louisiana? I have not hunted either but from what I've heard I'd hit fort Gibson before Hugo, get a boat is what my buddies who hunt there tell me.

I have not deer hunted Gibson. But have had some turkey success there. Would go there before Hugo for sure. Look at the Flat Rock creek area.
