I know some people have a hard time reading the contour lines on topo maps. Just thought I'd help out a bit..

Look at the 2 #3's that come to the south of the 2 saddles (#4). In early spring if you follow those finger ridges (#3's) down to the tips you will find plenty of deer beds and this is where I focus on starting my shed hunting. Those 3 #1's create great saddles (#4's) for elk to cross back and forth from one mountain side to the other.
