I have just been informed that we will be giving away a Black Widow Bow at the McAAP shoot. You will receive a gift certificate from Black Widow for a basic bow of your choice. You can upgrade at extra cost. All you have to do is shoot a scoring round to get your name in the hopper. The bow will be given away on Saturday, 6 Aug, 2016. I am given to understand that there will be four (4) cub bows and arrow set this year instead of three (3). Be sure and bring the kids out for a great time.

This is a very important reminder. Leave your firearms and ammunition at home. Big fine and possible chance of never being on base again. When you are on the range there is NO SMOKING. This includes e-cigarettes. No cell phones or cameras on the range. You could lose both plus a fine plus loss of visitation rights. When you come in the gate do not get talking on your cell phone. If caught talking on your cell you will pay a fine. They are very strict on this. Smoking, cameras and cell phones are permitted in Murphy's Meadow only. These are not the rules of the Backwoods Bowhunter's But come from the military authority. When you enter the base you are no longer in Oklahoma but a Federal Reservation. We want to make this commander happy so we can keep on holding the Southern Plains Traditional Championship here. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
