What a joke, mass civil disobedience is the solution , just like here in NY with the SAFE Act. Upwards of 2 million so called Assualt rifles in NY, but only 40-50,000 registered.
Not very good compliance.

Outdoor Life magazine published an article on gun issues and ranked the 50 states.
Yup, you guessed it, NYS ranked #50! The worst state in the country for being gun unfriendly. I think Vermont was #1. Even commiefornie was better than NYS, although the article was likely done before the recent "assault" weapons crunch in commiefornie. Now, we're likely #49....
