I have 120 acres of planted cropland on the Grant river in Grant county Wisconsin. The land is bordered on one side by the river, and consists of 80 acres crops, plus woods and crp areas.

The land is approximately 3 miles from the Mississippi river and there are commercial campgrounds close to the land. Extremely good deer and turkey populations, with some waterfowl hunting in beaver pond and dry fields.

The land lays in the river bottom and has high hardwood ridges on both sides. The land had not been hunted for 8 years prior to me hunting late last season. I passed on over 15 antlered bucks during bow and gun seasons because of the size of several bucks I watched from my stand, but did not offer a shot.

This land is great for any active sportsman.

I am offering 2 memberships for $1500.00 each. The lease will begin on Opening day of bow season, 2016 and run for one year.

Please feel free to contact me if you are interested. Thanks for looking.
