Heard 2 bucks grunting or growling

Went fly fishing today with a friend in Virginia on the South fork of the Shenandoah today. About halfway thru our float I hear this deep grunt or growl. We both look again and then hear it again for about 5 minutes two nice bucks looked and postured over each other and then walked off in different directions. Have never seen anything like it at this time of year before! Its been awhile since I have been flyfishing - the friend I went with family owns Murray's Fly Shop in Edinsburg. We had a blast today!

Harry Murray is a great guy. Has written several books on flyfishing. I go to his shop a lot. He is a pharmacist and has the shop in his pharmacy. Pretty neat.
