Rusk County lease

One of my clients in Rusk County just had someone back out on the lease for his property. It's roughly 300 acres about 10 minutes from Ladysmith. He is looking for $3500 for the year. I hunted it last year and saw quite a few deer. The biggest was a ten pointer un the 140's. PM me if you are interested.
