I should probably know this, but I don't. Does MO keep track of preference points for no-draws?

Hogthief - They do keep track of the pref points but I think you max out at 6 pref points.

thank you. do you know if it is one point per no-draw, or is it prorated by popularity of hunt (number of applicants vs open slots)?

You get one point per no draw. But if you apply as a group they take the groups average number of points
