If you watch sales you can get cheap hang on's thru the year. I bought a 3 a couple of years ago to hang them on state land with a good cable lock.I figured if they got stolen so be it. But I didn't think they would get the cable lock easily. It was a 1 inch cable. I went back a few weeks later and all of them were gone. Cable and stands.

Almost makes you think there are antis out there just to poach the stands, doesn't it? It'd look pretty suspicious to be hauling cable cutters with your hunting gear...

I can't imagine someone doing that!! Almost makes me want to cut part way through one of the supports on the stand and let them find out what happens when you steal a stand. I said ALMOST!!
