I live/work in Greensburg, Westmoreland County, and on my daily lunch walks, I keep passing a house with a full-size metal/stainless cutout of a recurve and arrow, attached to the brick side of the house.
Today, the homeowner was outside, and I asked about the symbol. He said the house was formerly owned by the president of the Westmoreland Archery Club, and that the house decoration was to let his friends, neighbors, and visitors know his interests in Archery.
I've google searched this name, but nothing can be retrieved.
So, anyone out there have any info about this club, or was perhaps a member at one time? Archery is not-at-all "big" in Greensburg nowadays, so I'm guessing this was a fairly "particular" club for its time....
Thanks! Randy

Also 6 Time Pa NFAA (?) champ John Salandro is from that area. John Kleman akso multi champ in Pa and Bear Tourney Pro is from Latrobe. I'll ask him if hes aware of this club.
Dale, I think I stopped at D&L once, if that was the shop on the Latrobe Crabtree road (actually one street parallel).
I'm becoming more interested in the local Archery history, (clubs, groups, etc.) of the Greater Greensburg area, the more I keep going. There are/were so many clubs at one time back in the hey-day...
Appreciate all yinz have provided!
