Swk is dead on. Both make a great product. For regular butchering I use the meat locker in Ellington 24 hour drop off. They may make sausage

They are on crane road in ellington you drop off your deer inside fill out the paper work on the table and they will call you when its ready they do a great job price last year was 80 bucks dont know if they went up the are just a butcher wont make sausages i use a guy in East Windeor called the Butchery to make my sausadge

For what it's worth, sausage is pretty easy to make. I got a grinder at Cabelas several years ago. No need for the kits they sell. Natural casings in East Windsor. I have 2 good recipes if anyone is interested; sweet Italian and maple breakfast one.

Meat locker now charges $100. The butchery does great work also. Sausage is easy to make and you don't need to case it if you don't want to.
