ohio non resident liscense question

I finally got in the door to hunt a private farm in ross county ohio that a friend owns...what liscense fees tags etc do I need ...is ross county a good county? Farm is near Chillicothe. ..my buddy has some toads on camera ...since we lost our mingo co lease im tired of huntin west virginia spikes lol

Yes...you can buy your license on line and over the counter. I have done both. Unless they changed things in the last 3 years. I bought a NR license every year from 98 to 2013.

If im reading regs right I need a $125 nonresident hunting liscense and a $40 deer liscence. ..is this all I need???

Yes, George, that's all you need. I have hunted Ohio for 30 years as a NR. I guess not this year as the guys I have always hunted with didn't want to do our annual hunt in Zaleski State Forest. Deer numbers down there but you should be good in the area you will be in. Best of luck!

Looks like the price went up a little from the last time I bought one. Last one I got was 125.00 for license and 25.00 per tag.

License 125.00, Deer tags 24.00, up to 6 tags, depending on the counties you can hunt. Bob

1 buck is allowed in Ohio for all seasons combined. A spike would count as your one buck. LOL
