seem 3 decent bucks. but needed to get a better look at them. too much brush to know how good

Sat 14 hrs in stand last Saturday. 12 bucks and 11 doe. 2 bucks were definite shooters. Very interested in the ladies. Weather permitting gonna pull another all day sit this Saturday. Good luck.

Hey Stick Also sat that stand and seen zero. Big thicket near it. When the does are looking for sanctuary, they head there and the bucks follow. Sometimes it's more exciting watching paint dry. Last Saturday was one of the good days. Good luck to you! BSked

10-18 Saw 3 small bucks starting to push some older does. End of last week of 10-10 cooler weather saw lots of smaller bucks pushing does. Stayed out of woods this week too many shotguns, muzzleloaders not to mention the heat. Next week should really start to rock.. good luck wear your safety belts.

Anybody in 5d today is dealing with rain/wind. I climbed into my stand at 6:20. The fist lull in the weather had an 8 point and 5 does on the move. The buck hit a scrape that's about 60 yards below me. Good luck to anyone out. Be safe!! BSked

Been in stand 7 hours. 3 bucks and 6 doe. The way the wind is blowin I may end up in Kansas. Saw the biggest buck with a doe @ 11:40. Hoping bucks will be on move freshening scrapes, or looking for the ladies. Good luck BSked

Was out yesterday morning and this morning. Sightings and deer movement was scarce. Out this afternoon and woods have the right feel. See what happens.

Back from a uneventful Ohio hunt last week got way too hot, moving really late evenings and mornings just as tough, passed on a couple of decent 8's. but we were in a 125 min plus farm. Back home to 5D, we are spoiled by our deer population.How's the encounters in 5D.
