This 98 lb doe offered me a 12 yard shot Saturday evening so I took it. Initial sign did not look good so I backed out and took up the trail Sunday morning. It only took 15 minutes to unravel the 100 yard trail to the fallen deer. Dan W.

Still getting it done with Bow & Arrow @ "89" years young. A 10 yard shot with a 150 yard recovery and there will be fresh venison in the freezer again this year. — with Willfrid Wieske.

I dont have a picture of the Doe I got on the 15th. So this picture will have to do. I hunt in Clinton County. In the CWD zone, and had it checked at Rose Lake. Being that they took her head, I didnt take any pictures.

What is up here. The photo is fine in emails and such, put it on here, needs to be rotated. Rotate using the editing tool and that doesn't work. Delete image, but then it adds back. Anyways, you get the idea.

Oh my God is that a horrible successful deer hunter patch they came up with this year........... a cell phone taking a picture of a deer ........Really..... I usually get a patch if I'm lucky enough to get a deer........but I'll pass on that one. Congrats to you guys !!!!

Ok. This is my first deer with a bow. And in reality, I have another 8 pointer that I got with a boom stick on private property.
This one was taken on Saturday, 11/12/2016 @ 1725 hrs. My wife was kind enough to let me spend 4 days plus a week hunting for the last six weeks since Oct. 1st.

This one from 11/12/16 is a nice 10 point that I failed to take his slow step forward into account when I released the trigger. Ended up going in while deer was quartering away, right behind the gut. I felt bad about the shot until I saw the amount of blood he was throwing down every 5-6 steps. It seemed like a liter or at least a half a liter on most of the 300 yard track. It became obvious that a marjor artery (the femoral) had been severed. We was dead likely within 20 minutes. Thank god for father and brother in laws.

Many of these photos do not show the weapon. Are we looking at bowhunting or crossbow hunting kills? IMO, the weapon should always be included so viewers know the distinction.
