In the center of the property looks like you have a small plot. Hows the shade there and what is planted in it?

Zipping through this while on hold on the phone, at first glance, I thought the leaf in your picture was Doereen tipped over, upside down.
Nice looking property. Congratulations.
Good luck with Doereen.

Are you concerned that the coyotes scent might spoil the area for a bit?

Bummer about the water issue Trapper, not good timing as you but I doubt there's ever a "good time" for that to happen. Hope you get it fixed ASAP.
Had a neighbor say bucks were moving and grunting today. He rattled in a nice 10 but no shot. Get aggressive and make something happen! Good luck, north wind should be much better

That's a great sign! Hopefully he'll swing back around and give you a shot. Did you throw a grunt at him or anything? I got out at 12 and no deer yet for me. But prime time is coming. Real nice conditions out by me. 5mph north wind

Glad you're smiling! Too many hunters taking pics looking with faces looking like they just came from the front lines. This IS recreation after all! Smile, laugh and enjoy.

I think I'm close to a hundred hours or more and still holding onto my tag! It's a little depressing to say that. But I do enjoy seeing other people being successful! :-)

Glad to see your back at it! I stood overlooking my Farmco field this morn for ten min before work while finishing my coffee and watched a nice 8 slowly cross the field with his nose to the ground. 6:55 am. Had I been actually hunting he'd have been out of range anyway. Good luck man.
