Anybody else seeing the big boys on their feet yet during daylight hours, all I've seen are the little bucks doing some moderate seeking. Know it's gonna be a late one this year so just wanna know what everyone else is seeing.?

I'm in Murrysville area and I saw 6 doe (3 mature doe and 3 fawns) this morning with nothing following. This in the place where I hardly ever see doe. Nothing on camera to write home about. Only a few pics of little 1.5 year olds pushing doe on the 1st. Strange not sure what to think.

Once these clocks go back and the full moon hits we should be in good shape.

Grandson and I seen 16 deer today of which 4 were bucks. No monsters but no grunting and chasing either. Still a good day. I'm not a particular fan of a full moon...maybe this year.

In 2b, was out from 1:00 until after dark. A spike came by around 3, then saw him running around from a distance at 5. Right at end of shooting time saw 5 does w/3 antlerless fawns feeding in a field without a care in the world. I thought they would've gotten run out of there by bucks, but no deals. No daytime activity on the 1 camera I checked. A few more days and I think it'll be heating up.

Saw a few bucks mid day on Saturday. Lots of scrapes in the woods. It's starting for sure. With any luck we will some chasing this upcoming weekend.

A few miles away in Ohio, the neighbor observed a small 8 point, giant by ya'lls standards, with his head down grunting behind a doe.

Went out for an all dayer today, button buck and yearling doe at first light got down at 9 to warm up got back in at 12 spotted a nice mature 8 I'm after cruising with his nose down got into a thicket nothing over a half hour did some calling nothing hour later sit down. Get back up 15 minutes later about 230 look back here he comes across the power line right to my stand. Stops on my right side and me being right handed didn't have a shot doe pops out 50 yards down and he drops down straight to her, see ya. Going back in am to see if I can catch him coming back

Wednesday seen 8 doe, and 7 bucks of which three of them was legal. Four of them still running together. Been seeing some big bodied small rack bucks, three or four points but they are making huge scrapes. Still haven't heard a buck grunt chasing a doe.

Terrible this week where I was in 2A.No rut activity seen.Public land hunting. Not sure what was going on.Weather was alittle strange to me.Hunted various spots with plenty of thickets where bucks would be cruising for doe.Not sure if the doe #'s were low or Buck #'s low or I was in the wrongs areas?

I don't know why, but in my area of 2B the rut is always late. I never see scrapes till the 5th week of the season.
