On August 2, 2012 I had a deer broadside me on my motorcycle going to work. There I was, me ( unconscious ), the deer ( dead ), and my bike all laying in the middle of the road. After life flighted to UPMC Presby Hospital in Pittsburgh and spending four days in their trauma unit then two months off work doing therapy I'm as good as new now.

Kodiaktd, glad you're ok! Almost happend to me 20+ years ago. I was riding my lowrider home from work after midnight when a 6pt came out of the woods right in front of me. I was able to swerve fast but I tagged his rear end and he kicked out with his rear legs. I was in all leather with engineer boots on but I still had a huge bruise on my leg where he kicked me!
