Can I kill a bear if I have a bear damage stamp in Pendleton county with my bow during the gun season? On my own land? The regs are kind of confusing

Bear with archery equipment is a split season. It's from:
Sept. 24 - Nov. 19
Dec. 5 - 31
In Pendleton County, you can substitute a bow during the firearms season:
Nov 21 – Dec. 3
By Permit Only*

If there is a season ( with permit only) I believe a landowner can still shoot one on their own land.

It depends if u are manly enough to take on a bear. If u get scared and start shaking probably not, but if you hold steady and have a smooth release and follow through then probably so.

Yea Turk. That's the way I read it. You need a permit unless you are a landowner.
