Meat locker in Ellington. 24 hour drop off does a great job. As far as having sausage, meat sticks, keilbasa etc.... The butchery in East Windsor or Adolf's in Hartford.

Noacks Meat Processor in Meriden on Main Street makes some of the best damn deer jerky.

Salem prime cuts been going there for years, never had a issue and make cut to what you wish also make corned venison.
