Any discussion on the new policy and procedure handbook?

My initial take on the online quiz for BE Instructors is that without having the new policy manual at hand a BE Instructor will get a passing grade on the exam, as a good deal of the questions are HE related and cover firearms handling procedures and safety issues that BE Instructors simply do not go into. It may better to have two exams? One for BE Instructors and one for HE Instructors as the material on the quiz is apples to oranges Gary
