Six - you have me confused. The trooper was wounded and need immediate attention, so when you say give them time to expire who are you talking about?

The trooper should have called in for backup before engaging, given earlier reports of firearm discharge in the area.

Six - wow, ok. You had me worried a bit. You realize the cop stopped for an accident and was putting out flares. He had no idea anyone was there for an ambush, he got shot while out of the cruiser doing his job. Thank God for the passerby with a gun who shot and killed the attacker!!

Glad the person drove by when they did. Not surprised the main stream media hasn't shed any light on this. I have all the respect in the world for police, firefighters and anyone else who puts their life on the line to protect me and my family. Hope they are ok
