Newspaper article heading. "Wisconsin's deer overpopulation harms soil, plant growth". In two locations one in the UP and one in Door County a UW Madison researcher reports. Tie this into the wolf study, the CWD issue the deer herd would seem to be in need for serious reduction.

We need a total eradication and start over. Fine the land owners not willing to comply with the laws. Remove all deer from public land too. A fawn season in the spring with extra tags for twins taken.
