Anyone have or try the Havalon Knife? Seen it advertised for some time. Seems like you would have to buy replacement blades for it. I kinda old fashioned thinking and just keep sharpening my go to knife for years. But I would consider trying, if it not a gimmick and worth the money spent.

I use one for cutting quarters up .It is very sharp so when I don't have time to sharpen older knifes it works great.Blades are 8 dollars for 10 or 12 so no big deal. I like mine even skinned a coyote after work with one.

I use them for elk, they are good. But be careful not to pry with the blade, even accidentally. The blades can break and if they break, they are usually under tension, you can easily put an eye out
