Does anyone know about when the leaves start coming back out? I am planning a trip where I will be doing some bushwhacking and it will be easier to see the lay of the land without all the leaves.

Usually by mid turkey season things start to really green up but this year it may be alot earlier

Well I was told that things bud based on the amount of daylight so it should be the same as last year and the year before

I have a non-hunting adventure coming up that will entail a long distance of travel through woods without trails or roads. I was trying to time this right before the leaves green up to enable me to read the lay of the land easier. I know roughly when this happens but some of you seasoned outdoorsman with more wrinkles might be able to help me narrow the window.
