Good looking area for sure. There was an 80 acre spot up there that sold for only $100k a few months ago. I wish i would have seen it first.

Good area, but so much depends on hunting pressure in past years. One outfitter or deer-hating neighbor next door can make things tough for growing trophy deer. Good luck.

What Writer said... been working/waiting for over a year to remove an outfitter off a property we purchased. They have absolutely NO DESIRE to maintain good habitat or develop a mature healthy herd. Very little evidence of a buck over 2 years old and about 5,000,000 does on the property. Lazy slobs too. Pick your neighbors/property carefully.
