Ill Ditto the vote for Brett at Archery Plus - good guy, does tons for the hunting community via youth outreach, hunter safety, BOW etc. Dang good at tuning up bows too.
But, as I recall, Reedy's would be way closer for you - and those guys get nothing but awesome reviews on here - for years as well.

A couple years ago Jerry bailed me out when I had a mechanical problem right after the season started. He hustled it up to get a part shipped and installed it immediately, really appreciated it. Thanks to him I was only out of the commission a couple of days.

I like Reedy's , great guys....but.....they never paper tune. Ask them to and they say something like "well, how us it shooting? You don't really need to.". I shoot a 3 blade muzzy, just like to know my arrow is flying straight......call me crazy.

I going to agree with 2 out of 3. Reedy's is my personal, favorite. Teepee is no longer, but Brian is still making some great strings.

Yeah, Teepee is no longer there but Brian Visco has a small spot in Littleton and as mdodraw29 said, he's still making great strings. I live close by so I stopped in a few weeks back to check the place out and he said he's doing tuning/repair/service etc. by appointment. Sounds like he's trying to minimize/eliminate interruptions while working with a customer.

That is exactly why I will never go to Big Al's in Seabrook again. Dan used to be my got to, helped me with a warranty issue on a bow he didn't even sell me, and years later I bought a new bow from him. You have to plan at least 2-3 hours to get anything done. And even still, sometimes it's half baked. Between answering phones and helping someone that runs in for something quick. I go to Brian's Archery only now, sounds like Brian Visco has the right idea.

what part of state? There is a guy named Paul at Dave's Sporting Goods in Pittsfield who is great.
