Noco Turkey

I am brand new to hunting turkey, thought I would give it a try around some fishing to keep busy in this early spring. I am up in Fort Collins and I cannot find anything on where to get started, seems like a lot of the info is for down south. I am just looking for any one willing to help out with an area, tactic and anything that will get me on the right path.

I've lived in Fort Collins all my life. Hunted all over that area, even bivy hunted for turkeys. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple hours to NE or KS.

I have done a fair amount of pheasant hunting in NE, even have a private land contact there for pheasant. I will have to ask them if they see many turkeys on their properties.
