If anybody has any information on any deer leases available in units 11, 12, 13, or 14 please let me know.
We are 3-4 serious and respectful hunters from Louisiana looking for a farm to manage, take care of, and enjoy. We are professionals and business owners that follow rules and play by the book. Land owners will not have to worry about us as we will treat everything as if it is our own and be very clean and courteous to neighbors. Price point obviously depends on location and opportunity. We also like to treat our new friends to good ole cajun cooking and good times!
We lost our last lease of 6-7 years due to a family dispute and are on the market for another. Please message me if any of y'all know of anything available.

KS Gobbler I have hunted both those sections a time or 2 over the years.
That is insanely high for only 320 acres. For that price you could hunt several species in the west. I used to lease 6000 acres for less than that.
I agree Thornton, I can't believe ANYBODY would pay that!! We lease 120 acres from a friend for $650, and I thought we were paying him pretty well.
You are not going to lease 120 acres for $650 around. That would not even cover the deposit.
You are in the country of rich man's sports for sure, I hope it doesn't invade this part of the state. When we hunted around Dodge years ago, I was flabbergasted at what people would pay to hunt timbered creeks! Of course we hunted it for free, until that well dried up.
Deposit? I'm sure glad we lease from a friend. Lol
Some guys are paying over $20 per acre around here... some big tracts too.
@ruger how much an acre is ground going for in unit 11?
I talked to a buddy of mine at church this morning who just leased a complete section in unit 15 for $5/acre with exclusive access. Theyre still out there, you just have to look and jump on the opportunity that moment.
