Non-resident trying to gather info on this area? I am super excited about this adventure and have been dreaming of a goat hunt with my bow for many many years. Access, population, hunter crowding? 20 tags total is not much but for a goat we could all be in the same area? Not sure, any info would be great. Anyone use the narrow gauge railroad to access country? Please share your experience. Thanks guys!!
