I'm very serious about buying a tag and hunting with my buddy who drew for the 1st time. I've hunted 13 in 2014 and excited about the idea of going back. I've been calling the list, networking with folks online, but still nothing yet. Not looking to go guided or hunt private land. I'm open to anyone who may have a lead on this search.

The list is all you need. If a tag has been issued it's on there. You'll prob need unit wide unless the ranch lets you both hunt. The list is it.

"unless the ranch lets you hunt both"??! If you don't have a Unit Wide, then you can ONLY hunt the ranch. Although I've heard plenty of stories otherwise...

No, in the event he can only get a RO tag perhaps THE ranch will allow his buddy to hunt the ranch with him.
