Or, WB could say there are 3X to 4X more deer than the aerial survey and shoot deer that aren't there.

Why would a city as large as NYC hire a firm like VisionAir if they were anything less than one of the best in their field? Why didn't they hire the same firm that did the Redding aerial survey? Hmmmmm. One would assume that the city did the same "due diligence" for the aerial survey, just like they must have done when hiring WB, right. Both would be considered to be leaders in their respective fields. So WB and VisionAir are comparable companies in the eyes of Mayor Bill and the city council. There, now that makes sense.

I knew if I would just talk it through I would come to a logical conclusion.
