Huey wildlife area Artesia

Good morning fellow bowsiters. Question for you residents. My daughter passed her hunter safety course this summer and I was able to get her a deer tag on the Huey wildlife area. near Artesia. I am not able to find very much information on this hunt. Any information would be appreciated. it is a Black powder hunt and she is really excited. thanks in advance.
