Hello, New member here. Any idea when elk and special deer tags for residents will be drawn? thanks.

There are 479 special hunts offered for this fall and a quick scan says something about posted July 15, 2017. Best bet is to call Pratt.

It will be mid August according to my contact at licensing. They just recently finished Pronghorn ( week or two ago) and said it would be a month to complete and post elk. Its always very aggravating to me to not know sooner. My season has pretty well been planned since early spring. When / IF a guy draws that elk tag (at least for me) it would change many plans of my fall season. Really sucks, but is what it is.

I will say this though, the updated online system is a very welcomed improvement. Its nice to see your status and PP's etc.
