Saw one with white horns on one side a week ago. Kinda like the rut, same time every year!

I figure the early rut post will be coming any day now! I guess the "Early Rut" post is like shedding and rutting, occurs the same time every year. Some things never change!

This one may not shed? First time I've ever picked one up with this condition, can't remember what it's called.
Otherwise he looks healthy

sitO, looks like a cactus buck to me. I got an antlered doe on camera last year. They changed the regs a few years back from "visible polished antler" to "antlered." I don't know if these early youth/disabled seasons or very early in the muzzleloader season caused this change, as there are some deer still in velvet at these times. Therefore, you'd have to use your buck tag but you haven't done that in years, so I doubt this rules change has much of an impact on you!
