Block Mgt. Closures

For those traveling from out of state or from within Montana, many of the block management units have been closed due to the drought, or at least many are closed in Blaine County. I assume many are closed throughout the state. Other than a quick shower or two that did little more than settle the dust, we've not had rain her since April.

Good link planebow, thanks. I haven't been out yet, had company and it's been too hot. Now too damn smokey. Kind of surprised they haven't delayed the start of season. Almost every area I usually hunt is on fire or smoked out. Rain please!!!

I found closures that werent on the list in R4 on the upland opener. One was an individual landowner that closed his portion of a multi owned BMA. The other just wasnt listed. Landowners make the decision, as they should, but some may not have notified FWP. No complaints here, I'm happy that they provide the opportunity, but its something to be aware of.
