notme - I see them all the time,........on Naked and Afraid. I assume you hunt in the same manner as on the TV show, correct? If you look at the right side of the bowsite you'll see an article about "Exposing Yourself" in the your stand. Gotta remember to wear my camo "raincoat" next time I'm on stand.

It was on a little knoll at the top of the ridge - kinda blended in.

Pretty good sight lines down across this little saddle - I was hoping they'd act like Elk and use the low spot to cross from the public side to the private (you can see the tree tags in the first pic)

Brush blinds are the ONLY thing I've hunted out of. All three of my deer were taken from blinds. Still haven't used the climber this year. Notme some advice I can give you to make your blind blend in better is grab a handful of leaves and throw them all over. And add a couple of dead sticks. It will get rid of some of the green and make it seem like its been there a while. Nice blind and good job bud!!!

Shawn,i look at the surroundings..the basic frame is fresh cut for strength with dead stuff around it..most of the greens is a wild grape vine i pulled off a neighboring tree but kept live..usually ill add a roof so its soft pines thatll keep me dry but more important to me is a bit of movement when theres a breeze( i get figety)..itll all brown out naturally with the surroundings..i dont think the colors matter as much as movement..the deer get used to it pretty quick.

Natural blinds can work really well; good job on the examples shown!

I just try to find a bush or old tree stump for the same reason I run and gun with my tree stand. Food moves and wind changes.
