How many of you guys use the same type trail camera at multiple spots. I have been caught twice on trail cameras this year in spots I have been hunting for the past 5 years. Have never seen any cameras or stands in these areas before this year. They were the same make, model and were set up at the same height and with the same type strap to the tree. I have 3 different types of cameras that I use in multiple locations, at different heights so it seems a weird coincidence that I have run into the same type camera in two different areas That are miles apart There are no stands up yet. Mine will be up this weekend in my usual spots at these locations If any of you guys on here have the same guy on two of your trail cameras please PM me as I am not giving up hunting these areas, but will give some some leeway so we don't screw each other
PS. Hide your cameras better because the next time someone walks by it they might not be honest like me. I have had them stolen before on public land!!!!

Whoever it is, I hope they end up being a reasonable person to deal with. Sounds like that's how you're gonna be.

It leads me to believe this is either a new hunter or a very trusting one. These cameras are only about 4 feet off the ground in very bare trees and vegetation in such obvious spots I didn't even notice them till I got on top of them. Lol. It has to be the same person in both spots. I am no detective but they have the same M.O. I didn't have anyone on my camera but it is set far away from their entry and exit path. Once I saw the camera it's amazing what you can pick out in the woods as far as human sign Footprints, broken branches crushed vegetation. It's all there just have to get used to looking for it again. It's been a few months

Just curious, what town, or just the zone if you don't want to get too specific?

My guess either very new hunter or very lazy hunter. Are they cheap cameras or expensive?

Primos gen 2 cameras. About 120 a piece. I don't understand why they are so visible. They aren't cheap cameras. I do hunt deeper than most people but there is always someone, sometime who will come across your area during the season. I try to hide everything I do. So there is no trace of me. Maybe that's the problem. Maybe I should make everything visible so it's easy to notice and hunters would realize that I am setup there and to move along to a different area
