Hey guys, I am hunting near Smith center this season. I am looking for a butcher. We are hunting DIY so not sure what facilities we will have. At home I butcher all of my own, but don't want to bring the gear along. Can anyone recommend one in the area? I believe Epson and Cawker city are also nearby. Also with any luck, may need a taxidermist as well.

There's a guy in Smith Center we use every year. He is located on 281 south out of Smith Center and will be first driveway on the left after you pass 210 rd. He has always done a great job for us and will do anything you like. Very reasonable on price

I believe there is a young gal opened a taxidermy shop, 1 block north of the 4 way stop and 1/2 block east on south side in SC. Also check out Walnut Creek Lodge- nice place to stay & hunt out of
