monkeybutt, do you live in that neighborhood? Do you like it? My wife thinks it would be a good place to live but I'm not a fan of HOAs. I'd handle it if I could hike straight back into the national forest and hunt though...maybe

Surfbow, Yes I have lived here for ~18 years. We like it, but it's certainly growing in ways that are not ideal. Hiking in to hunt is doable, but not as easy as one might think and frankly not overly advantageous in the end.
