Has anyone bow hunted Delaney WMA in the stow area?? I was only able to get a doe tag in zone 10 and that looks like the largest WMA in zone 10. Any other suggestions. I’m in upper zone 8

I have. The south part is a big place for dog walkers. Last (and only) time i hunted there, i had 2 dogs run by me, but no deer.

The north part has less dogs and better hunting

Anywhere else in zone 10 worth visiting without intruding....

Check our great meadows wma. My buddy hunts a neighboring property and kills multiple deer every year.

JD, I always keep Lowell state forest as a back up to my backup. Took a shot at a nice 10 point 4 years ago during the rut and caught a deflection. Lots of dog walkers, mountain bikers, etc. , but the deer seem to be somewhat conditioned to it. If you check it out, try hunting the edges and some of the small creeks, I've found pretty good sign along them. That's one of those fun spots were you can just get in and be a big kid, without worrying about buggering it up. Wherever you go, good luck!
