mid morning hunt,

got up at 5 headed out to kitchen ,made stuffing prepped bird and hucked it in oven all while ol lady slept in(great plan) I bought a 22 lb bird so in the oven by 8 that means not done till 2-3 pm so I get to sit in my perch most of day..only 2 of us eating but my strategy was big bird more time to hunt lol..had huge 6pt chasing doe yest afternoon in my far field put on a stalk for 250 yds got within 47yds and poof BUSTED!!!maybe I see him a little today.z11 finally getting daytime activity from the big boys I'm pumped.good luck to all and have a great thanksgiving

And Yup they are moving , later than the other side of the state. Still chasing and breeding Here in Z11 . And more so as you head east... But what do I know ?
