Landowner tag ?

So if I shoot a deer on my property and it runs over on my neighbors property and dies can I still use my landowner tag?

Yes. You need your neighbors permission to recover.

Yes I know that but once I obtain that and get my deer it would seem i could no longer use my landowner permit since the deer died on someone else's property. I bring this up because I saw where a hunter got fined in another state for this

Well I think I would fight that fine because he was hunting on his place and the deer just expired on the other land. Yep I would fight it.
