Yep, they'll say anything to keep their deer penned up. Is this the same guy that blames free roaming deer for spreading CWD to penned deer?
Time to get rid of penned up deer.
Minnesota has a better handle on CWD than Wisconsin but Wisconsin's lack of dealing with it could poss big problems for Minnesota down the road.
